Can a bad ear infection give you headaches?

Ear infection, HA: Ear infections can refer pain to the side of the head. TMJ can also give headaches. External ear infections can cause pain in the side of the head and hurt when you pull on the ear. Infected ears can drain and the hearing cN be muffled as well. Hope this helped.
