Diet/exercise/image: Fresh meat, fish, poultry fruit and veggies. 8-10 glasses of water daily. Add grains and cereals. Cross train with high and low burst interval aerobics alternating with free weights. Get a phot of yourself at your prome or a photo of someone you want to look like. Look at that pictures AM/PM. Exerercise 4-5 times/week.
