Need to discuss: In order to answer your question correctly it would be best to either speak with you or have you speak with your provider. It is correct that these two medicine should not be combined because of the risk of serotonin syndrome. If you're asking if your endep (amitriptyline) is ok to take (if you do not take the other) You should discuss with your doctor.
