Yeast?: The itching and thick discharge may indicate a yeast infection. I would try an over-the-counter vaginal yeast treatment and see if it solves the problem. If your symptoms persist after being treated for yeast, you should see a gyn and have an exam. Your symptoms sound most like some type of infection. Best wishes!
