Lipoma: Without examining visually and with palpation, the best answer would be a lipoma. These are fatty lumps just under the skin that can change size. They are benign and randomly occur on the arms, legs and torso. They are removed when they are aggravated by a clothing such as a bra strap or belt and if aggravated by a particular exercises.
