Yes: wrap it well to protect further damage The bump will decrease with time be careful how you hand the punch to avoid the fracture

Possible: If the area is well healed it would be safe to box. Protect your hand. Make sure you are through in punches correctly. The stronger bones towards the inner part of your hand are better to stile with. A boxer's fracture indicates you may be hitting with the side of your hand. You may want to take a lesson in best technique to protect your hands.
