Azithromycin: Azithromycin is excreted in low amounts into breast milk. Decreased appetite, diarrhea, rash and somnolence have be reported in nursing infants exposed to this class of antibiotics. It's generally recommended to use with caution. Double check with your physician if you have concerns.
