Boils and PCOS: the boils can be associated with the higher levels of testosterone associated with PCOS. Getting on a birth control pill can lower the testosterone levels and may clear those up.

Hidradenitis: It sounds like you might have hidradenitis superativa. This is a chronic condition where sweat glands get blocked and chronically infected. This is not related to PCOS. See an Obgyn or dermatologist to confirm the diagnosis.
