I have been experiencing reaccuring boils on vagina, lots of itching and drynes on the skin! boils start off small and then enlarge during period.

Hidradenitis: Boils can occur due to hidradenitis or due to chaffing, friction, heat or shaving. I would suggest not shaving to the skin (if you do) , making the area dry if moist and see a doctor if it persists. Good luck
