Eat healthy+sleep: If you haven't stopped growing already, the most important things are getting enough sleep (because growth hormone is only produced when you're sleeping) and a balanced diet: 32 oz/day of dairy products, then 1/2 of your solids should be veggies and fruits (slightly more on the veggies) and the other 1/2 protein and whole grains (slightly more on protein). Have a good variety within each group!
