Yes: Consider yourself healthy. Nobody even knows the false-negative rate for these tests beyond this time, because people who turn up positive later could well be fibbing about the time of exposure. As near 100% as: practical. If the HIV RNA test is negative at 4 months after exposure that is as close to 100% as you can get. I trust that you did not have more exposures to HIV.
