See my remark: Usually Right kidney is smaller than left on x-ray. Kidney pain is normally in the back or flank.Why did you have an x-ray,or cat-scan to discover the kidney size?? What is Pandol?do you have migraine? I wish I can make a diagnosis,what did your doctor tell you?Do you have voiding symptoms?
