What are you asking?: You won't see the needle being changed. The phlebotomist attaches it to the tube holder before approaching you. In the developed world, a phlebotomist caught re-using a needle would never work in health care again. If you thought there was a problem, why didn't you ask? It's your right -- you could have been shown that the needle was good.
