What are your goals?: Pcos causes irregular periods. It sounds like now you are just having one. If you want to have regular periods then schedule a visit to get on birth control. If you are trying to get pregnant schedule a visit to discuss your options.

Hormonal: Sounds (the nausea/spotting) like a hormonal issue. Speak with your GYN about "cycling" you with BC Pills for a few months at 24 its not "time" for menopause!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hope this helps! Dr Z
