A sore on my lip and im not sure if it could have been from a bug ?

Lip sore: This is a hard question to answer without the picture or the lesion. It could also be just a regular cold sore. Does this lesion look like an ulcer or does it have a clear top to it and look like a boil? At any rate put some over the counter ointment like bacitracin if it itches then use se Benadryl (diphenhydramine) either ointment or oral pills. Good luck. Feel better.
