Be seen again: You certainly would want to be seen and reevaluated. 3 possible causes would be disuse atrophy from pain, or it's gone on to a rotator cuff tear, or you have a pinched nerve in your neck. In either case, if you have developed a lot of atrophy you would be well served to get it taken care of.
