Can dialysis be done while i am sleeping?

Yes: Yes; not all dialysis has to be performed in a medical office environment. Some forms of dialysis can be set up in one's own home; and be performed overnight.

Yes: Many patients do sleep while on the hemodialysis machine. Some patients do home hemodiaysis and they can time it whenever they wish. Important to make sure you don't pull out the needles while attached to the machine, however. As to peritoneal dialysis, i think most people do do this while they sleep at night.
