Keep it simple: Assuming that you don't have inflammatory or irritable bowel syndrome and are not taking antibiotics, your body can take care of itself if you take care of it. Plenty veggies, adequate fluids, regular exercise and 7-8 hours sleep will put you in good shape. Any way you can focus on achieving those goals rather that on the BMs (that is, on the process rather than the results)? Hope that helps!
