Back on pill: It sounds like the pill was working for you until you stopped it. One option is to go back on the pill. That would regulate you. There are other options such as Nuvaring, the patch and monthly progesterone you could use as well.

Restart OC: Your best bet would be to restart the oral contraceptive since it would regulate your cycles and provide contraception.

Repeat the test: Pregnancy is still possible but it sounds like something else is going on. Many things can cause a delayed menstrual period including stress, medications, and diseases such as thyroid disease, insulin resistance/diabetes, pituitary tumors, and polycystic ovarian syndrome.
