Do pregnancy test: Having periods twice may be a sign of irregular periods. frequent BM could be a sign of gastroenteritis

Probably not: Frequent bowel movements are not a usual symptom of pregnancy. Pregnancy more frequently causes constipation due to the relaxation of smooth muscle from the high progesterone levels. It is not uncommon to have 2 periods in one month since normal cycle length can vary from 21 days to some a where between 35 & 42 days and most months are 30 or 31. However, when in doubt, check a pregnancy test.
