But not wet?: If you have the sensation of cold wetness without actually being cold / wet then it could indicate an abnormality with a nerve coming from the spine or a superficial sensory nerve. It is definitely a weird sensation! See your doctor for a check up to make sure your neurological exam is otherwise normal.
