What is that?: I profess my ignorance. I don't know what you mean by "fake marijuana." If there's no THC (or THC metabolites) in this "fake" marijuana, it won't test positive on drug screens. As to how long it will stay in your blood stream, that can be answered only if the chemical(s) can be identified. I don't encourage recreational marijuana use and am even more adamant against "fake" marijuana use.
