Hard to answer: We do not have enough information as we don't know what you mean by fullness sensation in your lungs.If it is really a concern for you,iwill suggest you consult your family doctor.He/She will have to get a detailed history of what your real concern is,if you have cough,shortness of breath,if you smoke,are you on any medication,and others and a detailed exam.if needed Xrays etc, So see your doctor
