A member asked:

My dad wants to know his chance of tobacco related cancer if he smoked about 20 cigars his entire life?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Hard to say: The total exposure of tobacco is important to determine health risks - the longer the smoking and the more the smoking, the risk goes up. Tobacco risks can combine with other health risks, so it's hard to measure the actual risk for an individual. Best approach is to stop for good - as there's no safe level at all.
