A 2.5 year old toddler vomits as soon as he eats.. when he will eat he will burp and puke everything out.. what can be the reason. thanks?

Food allergy?: Does this happen with certain foods only? Could it be a food allergy? Could it be behavioral? Toddlers are known at this age for "terrible two's". Pay attention and keep track of when this happens and if with certain foods or only at certain places (ie only home).
