i've a sharp shooting pain at the back right side of my abdomen near my kidney it's painful and making me short of breath also what could it be?

? stone/ infection: if the pain is stabbing and sharp you might have a kidney stone. Drinking lots of fluid can help the stone pass. Another possibility is a kidney infection - this will more commonly be associated with a fever. You should see your doctor!
