May be optimal: Use of an oral antifungal may be the optimal choice in treating widespread lesions or those which application of topical medications is prohibited or difficult. Children with liver disease or on other medications may not be candidates for oral therapy.

Oral anti fungal: Probably lbut their are systemic side effects that may happen that may not warrant it with one lesion.
