ED: if you are 20 years old and having problems with erections, you should be examined by a urologist. Simply giving out Viagra (sildenafil) does not answer the question of why you're having difficulty. Most young men in your age group have a non-organic cause of erectile dysfunction, however there are some serious conditions that can cause it in your age group and should be ruled out
