See the doctor: At your age it is unusual that you need an ED medication. There could be other secondary causes such as medications, drugs or substances that are affecting your ability to get erect. There could be a psychological component to this. Do you like/love the girl you are with or are you interested in another? Or are you interested in men instead? See your PCP to figure things out

Kamagra = Viagra (sildenafil): I agree w/Dr. Xanthopolous in that there's more to your story than what you've noted above, especially b/c Sildenafil should work, if it's going to work, whether it's labeled Viagra (sildenafil) or Kamagra. The fact that Kamagra works but Viagra (sildenafil) doesn't suggests that your erectile dysfunctiion is not medical but rather psychological eg stress about relationship, orientation, work, finances, family etc
