See you are only 17: Was this a desired pregnancy? Would let your family know that you are pregnant. Being pregnant at such a young age can be tough but support of family can help. Vomiting and nausea can occur with early pregnancy as well as upset stomach. Make sure you are taking prenatal vitamins & receive early prenatal care.
