I'm on diltiazem medication only. just upped for 60mg x 3 to x 4 a day. my heart rate has come down but thumping heart and pvcs worse. why?

Symptoms: Diltiazem is a vasodilator so you may feel your extrasystoles more than on the lower dose. On the other hand since there is a minimum of information about you here, its best to discuss these questions with your Doc who knows your whole picture.
