I missed my period took a pregnancy test on the 3 day of missed period. It came negative can I still b pregnant?

Yes: The common urine pregnancy tests depend on the newly implanted embryo creating enough hormone to be detected. This can be falsely negative early in the process. A blood test is more accurate, but a simple repeat study on a first morning urine (stronger) may give a different result.
