My grandma is receiving radiation in the form of "seeds". i have a 9 month old and a 2 year old. how long do they have to be away from her?

Depends on dose: Usually the seeds that are permanently implanted have very little penetration beyond the area being treated and avoidance may not be necessary but is always safe. Depending on location and dose, her doctor may recommend no physical contact for a few days or indicate that being in the same room if fine.
