GYN exam: You will need a pelvic in ternal exam and hormome level testing. You canuse Advil or Aleve (naproxen) until seen,if not allergic.

Irregular menses: I would suggest you have a pregnancy test and a pelvic ultrasound done. If you have ovarian cysts, fibroids, endometriosis, or are pregnant you can have these as well as other symptoms. Are you on birth control? Try using a heating pad and ibuprofen to alleviate the pain. Good Luck
