Shorter cycles: There are many causes of shorter cycles. You probably have seen the list with a google search. Common ones we see are stress, both physical and mental, various thyroid conditions, and change in medications. You are somewhat young for menopause, typically ranging from ages 45 to 55. Your local MD can check a panel of tests to rule out many of these and other causes. I hope this helps!
