Chest pain at 19...normal ekg, blood work, bp, and pulse, diagnosed with anxiety...trust results that its anxiety and not a physical problem or not?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Monitor yourself: Unless you're clearly anxious, this is a diagnosis of exclusion. However, pain involving the chest wall in the young is usually not serious. If you have tenderness involving your chest, or it varies with respiration, and it's not totally taking your breath away, it's almost certainly the common chest wall pain that most folks get.
