Dressler's ??: Are you talking about dressler's syndrome. This is usually following heart surgery or some type of chest procedure. The treatment is usually NSAIDs, Reoccurence is not common but relapse is not uncommon. Follow your doctor advice and many times gets better over several days. Best wishes.

Yes: DRESS (drug reaction with eosinophilia and systemic symptoms) is not an infection for which you take a vaccine or develop immunity. This is a severe reaction to certain drugs which may be complicated or triggered by genetic factors and certain viral infections. Anytime you take the offensive drug, you risk repetition!
