There are several: other possible causes. It could be related to other hormonal changes, such as with your period. It also could be related to physical irritation from clothing, body lotions or perfumes. It could also be from touching yourself or from a partner touching your nipples. If none of this applies to your situation, you should see your doctor and have a breast exam.
