Keep it clean: I believe you had salicylic acid 30% and neutralization isn't required. Keep I close contact with your doctor if dine in spa find a derm. Stay hydrated, keep the area clean and seek immed medical help if there is any oozing, pus or sudden redness or pain. These measures will reduce the risk of scar formation
