About same: These lasers fraxil is fractionated thus leaving behind islands of healthy skin to promote faster healing and les down time. THe erbium should be fractionated as well , ask your MD because older units are not. These lasers will vaporize to the dermis which will allow for complete rebuilding of the skin and a reduction of the scars. They likely wont go away 100% but you may get a 50% reduction.
