Sounds like you may: have lymphadenitis, inflamed painful lymph nodes. Pain is relatively better news; it means it's reactive to some other issue going on in the area. If it were painless and nonmobile, you have to consider neoplasia. If you have other symptoms of any illness, see a doc. If you otherwise feel fantabulous, keep an eye on them to make sure they don't change in any way. If they change, needs work up asap
