Local wound care: Local wound care usually involves washing with a gentle soap and water twice daily, applying antibiotic ointment and monitoring for signs of infection. Increased redness, swelling and pain, especially when combined with the appearance of pus indicates an infection which should be evaluated by a primary care physician.

Centipede bite: Wash wound with water & soap. You can take Tylenol or NSAID for pain. Antihistamines can be used for itching. Check your tetanus status. If skin in area is necrotic then you will need wound care. If you experience headache, dizziness, palpitations, nausea, swollen lymph nodes, increased blood pressure or significant tissue damage after a centipede bite then you need medical attention.
