Possible: After Ovulation, You get a small cyst called corpus luteum cyst. The corpus luteum cyst produces progesterone and this may be associated with tender breasts. The cyst may be associated with pelvic congestion and you may feel cramps. It should resolve with your next period or soon after you become pregnant.
