Sounds normal: The pain is probably from ovulation and the cyst that forms afterwards (corpus luteum), the spotting around ovulation is not uncommon, and given that you are ttc, intercourse might also cause spotting, and the white discharge might related to hormonal / cyclic changes or a mild vaginal yeast infection. The ultrasound findings are not specific. I would check a pregnancy test now given the pain.
