Bilateral hip pain: Bilateral hip pain can be due to many causes: like osteoarthritis ( wear and tear arthritis), trochanteric bursitis ( bursitis means inflammation of a the bursa, a sac in btw your muscles and bones that gets easily inflamed), or spinal stenosis for example. You need further evaluation and treatment, if possible seek a rheumatologist.
