Eye B-4m Hair ?: I can often distinguish eye color in a newborn if their color is distinct as a brown or blue. Some have an indeterminate color, grayish or hazel & aren't clear until 4mo. By four months it seems set & seldom changes. Hair changes gradually. Some have distinctive hair color at birth & the fine baby hair thickens as new crops come in the same color. Some change gradually in both thickness & color.

Color: Your child's eye and hair color can take a while to finalize. Hair and eye color can often change during infancy. Be patient and see what happens.
