May have phimosis: Phimosis, is a condition of the penis where the foreskin cannot be fully retracted over the glans penis. Look at the picture in Wikipedia and see if it is similar to what you have. Treatment can be done, sometimes surgery, because yes it can affect your sex life. You should consult with a urologist.
