Is not normal: Left side pain, shoulder, jaw and neck is concerning for a cardiovascular problem like a myocardial infarction. I am not sure why the antibiotic, but any diabetic and female patient can present with atypical signs and symptoms of a cardiac condition. You should be evaluated the sooner the better by your primary care provider or another ER.
