Did my tvs today. the result was im 4.4 weeks instead of 7.4weeks.lmp was 10-21-14..had brownish discharge with cramps this week. is everything ok?

Repeat U/S: It is too early to say whether this is a concern or not. It would be important to repeat your ultrasound in 10-14 days in order to see if the fetus is developing normally. It may that you ovulated later than you thought or it may represent an abnormally developing pregnancy and ultimately a miscarriage. At this point, it is too early to tell. Bleeding may or may not be normal in this situation.
