Your best bet: is to go to the nearest pharmacy and pick up an enema kit. These allow you to help "extract" stool in the anorectal area. Be careful to follow the instructions closely. Otherwise, if you are unable to extract this on your own, you may to seek help from a physician for a manual disimpaction.
